The RAC is recruiting for Mobile Vehicle Technicians in the SMR division. You’ll work on a scheduled list of pre-booked jobs, not emergency callouts, across the Warrington cluster and surrounding areas.

You’ll use advanced diagnostics and on‑site tools to deliver high‑quality servicing and repairs. With a base salary of £40,170 and on‑target earnings up to £52,000, this full‑time role includes overtime options, a 40‑hour week, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Formación

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience or 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Responsabilidades

• Carry out routine servicing and pre‑booked diagnostics
• Perform in‑depth repairs to MOT standards
• Provide member advice and recommendations based on inspections
• Complete vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards
