Job summary

You will join RAC as a Mobile Vehicle Technician in the SMR division, operating on a planned schedule across the Reading cluster (Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Henley-on-Thames, Crowthorne and Sandhurst). Expect a 40-hour week, with 8:30am–5:00pm core hours and one in four Saturdays, plus structured, non-emergency work designed to keep members moving.

From day one you receive a fully equipped RAC van, a fuel card, uniform and tools, with opportunities for premium overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• Or 5+ years’ experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with a full UK driving licence (6 points max).

Responsibilities
