RAC is hiring a Mobile Vehicle Technician for its SMR division. You will perform planned, on-site servicing and diagnostics with a fully equipped RAC van and advanced mobile tools. This role emphasizes quality repairs away from reactive callouts.

You will work a 40-hour week with some Saturday shifts, pre-booked appointments, and opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Full UK driving licence required and a clear development pathway with RAC’s accreditation program.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• Alternatively, 5+ years’ experience as Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

• Routine servicing of vehicles.
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
• In-depth repairs you’d normally complete in a workshop.
• Member advice and recommendations based on inspection.
