Job summary

RAC Motoring Services is seeking a Roadside Technician for our Patrol division to deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You’ll diagnose faults, perform on-spot repairs and help members continue their journeys safely and quickly.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience or 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic and a full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform mechanical roadside repairs.
• Provide vehicle diagnostics and quick, confident solutions to get members back on the road.
• Deliver excellent customer service and reassure members during breakdowns.
