RAC is recruiting a Roadside Technician to deliver mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK. You’ll diagnose faults, provide fast, confident solutions and reassure members in their time of need.

You'll work independently, use the latest diagnostic tools, and be supported to develop skills and pursue IMI accreditation through a structured development pathway. A rewarding career with variety and autonomy awaits.

Formación

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
• Or 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, diagnostics and breakdown support across the UK.
• Diagnose faults independently to get members back on the road quickly.
• Use the latest diagnostic technology to identify faults.
• Provide confident, customer-focused service and guidance.

Conocimientos

5+ years experience as Vehicle Tech/Me

UK driving licence (≤6 points)

Educación
