A family-run estate agency is looking for a Plumbing & Heating Engineer for a full-time position in Cambridgeshire. The role involves servicing, repairs, and installations of gas appliances and heating systems, providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should be qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 and Gas Safe registered. The position offers a salary of £39,000 plus commission, as well as competitive benefits including annual leave and a pension scheme. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
• Gas Safe registered with necessary certificates.
• Experience in domestic boiler servicing and installations.
• Full UK driving licence with van for work use.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and repairs of gas appliances and heating systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform remedial repairs efficiently.
• Conduct landlord gas safety inspections and issue certificates.
• Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
