Mobile Vehicle Technician – Crawley

Northgate Vehicle Hire, the UK’s go‑to provider of light commercial vehicle rental solutions with over 60 branches nationwide, is looking for an experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Technician or Mechanic to join our Crawley team. Overview

With a focus on servicing, general maintenance, warranty work and recalls, you will work in a fast‑paced environment, solving jobs quickly and safely while providing a great customer experience every day. We provide a fully equipped company vehicle and a dedicated workshop across our network.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing, general maintenance, warranty work and recalls.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and safely in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Deliver a great customer experience to every customer, every day.
  • Follow a pre‑planned diary booked at least five days in advance, while mapping out your own day.
  • Utilise the new model company vehicle and workshop support to deliver first‑class repairs.
  • Participate in a quarterly bonus scheme and regular voluntary overtime paid at time‑and‑a‑half.
Compensation and Hours

Up to £46,740 per annum OTE (basic £40,800 + £2,400 bonus OTE + overtime). Great work/life balance with mainly office hours Monday to Friday, one morning each four Saturdays, and a flexible daily start and finish between van in/out.
