Job summary

MultiStaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to join our client’s IT support team in Avonmouth. You will be the first point of contact for users, logging and resolving mobile device issues, and updating customers on progress. 8:30–17:00, Mon–Fri, with a salary of £26k–£28k and a pension plan.

Full-time role requiring strong English communication and problem-solving skills. On-site work only; own transport recommended due to limited public transport.

Qualifications

• First line helpdesk support experience or equivalent.
• Express ability to log and track incidents.
• Experience with mobile devices and OS re-loads.

Responsibilities

• Manage Helpdesk; handle calls and emails within SLAs.
• Support company and client mobile systems.
• Provide tech support to field operatives and mobile users.
• Perform OS reloads and stage devices for deployment.
• Ensure quality and assurance for customers.
