Job summary

Aviva in Bristol is seeking an Onsite Support Technician to join our IT team. This full‑time, onsite role will see you providing 1st and 2nd line deskside support to colleagues across the Bristol office and occasional travel to other sites.

You’ll work with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and device management tools to keep people productive, resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth IT services, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd line end-user support.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, MECM, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Entra and Apple iOS.
• Experience supporting Dell laptops, desktops, Apple iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and other Apple devices.
• Good understanding of mobile device management, including Microsoft Intune, VPN and mobility technologies.
• Excellent customer service, collaboration and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line deskside support across offices.
• Resolve technical problems and keep IT services running smoothly.
• Collaborate with other technology teams to deliver brilliant support.
• Occasional travel to other Aviva sites.
