Job summary

A leading supplier of building materials is seeking a Mobile Fitter based in Oxford. In this role, you will maintain and repair hydraulic and electrical systems of plant machinery while ensuring safety compliance. With at least 2 years of experience in heavy machinery, a full UK driving licence is essential. You will conduct inspections on equipment and report directly to the Depot Supervisor. This position involves traveling to various sites across the UK as required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with heavy machinery.
• Experience of working with Hydraulics & Electrics.
• Be a qualified or time-served diesel fitter.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hydraulic and electrical systems of plant machinery.
• Conduct pre-hire and post-hire inspections of machinery.
• Ensure safety compliance in all operations.
