Job summary

Co-op Funeralcare is seeking a Mobile Funeral Arranger to support families across West Central Scotland, including Paisley and surrounding areas. You will travel to meet clients, arrange family visits, and manage funeral plans with professionalism and care.

A full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently are essential, along with strong communication and numeracy skills. The role involves manual handling duties and working with digital systems for documentation and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to perform basic calculations including cash handling and invoicing.
• Empathy, discretion and care in dealing with families.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients and build relationships within the community.
• Arrange family visits and answer client questions.
• Keep the funeral home clean, safe and welcoming, reporting maintenance needs.
• Manage client documentation, arrangements and invoicing using digital systems.
