Co-op Funeralcare in Scotland seeks a dependable team member to support families with compassionate funeral services. You will travel to meet clients, manage arrangements and maintain a respectful, welcoming branch environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to work in a funeral environment and perform physical duties.
• Full training provided and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Travel to meet clients and build relationships with the community.
• Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging family visits and answering questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming funeral home environment and report maintenance issues.
• Use digital systems to manage client documentation, funeral arrangements and invoicing.
• Refer regulated work to the Funeral Plan Arrangers team.
• Assist in the care and preparation of the deceased and related manual handling tasks.
• Update client management applications with accurate records.
