Job summary

Co-op Funeralcare is hiring a Mobile Funeral Arranger to provide compassionate support across Diss and surrounding towns. The role involves preparing, transporting and personal care of the deceased under strict health and safety standards, with training provided.

You'll work full time, 37.5 hours, on a Monday–Friday schedule, and you must have a full UK driving licence. You will meet clients, arrange visits, maintain a respectful branch environment, and handle client documentation using digital

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage a branch when needed.
• Comfort with manual handling and physical elements of the role.
• Willingness to undergo DBS and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to meet clients and build relationships in the community.
• Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging family visits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming funeral home environment; report maintenance issues.
• Use digital systems to manage client documentation, funeral arrangements and invoicing.
