Co-op Digital is seeking a Funeral Arranger for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Norwich. The role entails supporting families with their funeral arrangements, providing both emotional and logistical assistance.

Full training will be provided, so experience in the funeral industry is not required. You’ll work in a friendly team environment, with responsibilities including managing documentation, building client relationships, and assisting with the preparation and care of the deceased.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly communicate with clients and colleagues both in writing and verbally.
• Confidently work with numbers, handling cash and invoicing.
• Keen eye for detail, adheres to regulatory policies and processes.
• Ability to learn and use various technology devices.
• High levels of empathy, discretion, and care.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Support clients in person and over the phone.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the funeral home.
• Manage client documentation and funeral arrangements.
• Assist in the care and preparation of the deceased.
