Co-op is seeking a Mobile Funeral Arranger to cover branches across Dumbarton and surrounding areas. The role offers a salary of £26,266 per year and involves travel, client engagement, and compassionate care for the deceased with training provided.

The position requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with duties including preparation, transport, and personal care in a respectful manner. Benefits and pension are included.

• Travel to meet clients and build relationships with the community.
• Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging visits and answering questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming funeral home environment and report maintenance issues.
• Use digital systems to manage client documentation, arrangements and invoicing.
• Refer regulated work (funeral plans) to the Funeral Plan Arrangers team.
• Assist with manual handling and preparation of the deceased (training provided).
• Update client management applications with accurate, timely information.
