Responsibilities

• Support families with empathy and professionalism.
• Arrange funerals in line with wishes, culture and requirements.
• Travel between funeral homes to cover as needed.
• Manage multiple funeral arrangements at different stages.
• Liaise with ministers, celebrants and suppliers.
• Guide families through Funeral Plan options as trained.
• Represent the brand with consistency and compassion.
• Train in Funeral Conducting for ceremonial duties during busy periods.
• Maintain branch presentation, administration and customer care standards.
