Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to meet clients and build relationships with the community
• Support clients in person and on the phone, arrange family visits and answer questions
• Keep the funeral home clean, safe and welcoming and report maintenance issues
• Use digital systems to manage client docs, funeral arrangements and invoicing
• Refer regulated work (funeral plans) to Funeral Plan Arrangers team
• Assist with the care and preparation of the deceased and manual handling as needed
• Update client management apps with accurate records
