Lah Property Marketing seeks a warm, professional Senior Cover Receptionist to deliver frontline service across commercial office buildings in London. You will provide a guaranteed monthly income while covering planned absences and urgent reception requirements.

You will work independently on-site as part of the Cover Department, ensuring tenants, visitors and contractors receive a welcoming, organised and professional experience across different buildings.

• Ability to follow site instructions and work without close supervision.

Mansioni

• Service Delivery: providing a warm and professional welcome for tenants, visitors and contractor, managing reception activity, learning each building’s procedures, carrying out routine checks and reporting issues.
• Communication: communicating professionally with tenants, visitors, colleagues and service partners, keeping the Cover Department informed, providing clear handovers.
• Professional Standards: maintaining high standards of presentation, conduct, reliability and punctuality, following site procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Independence: settling into different reception environments, prioritising tasks and using initiative, knowing when to seek support.
