Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator based in Manchester to support soft services delivery across Yorkshire sites, including Sheffield, Leeds and Wakefield. You will monitor performance, coordinate teams, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high service standards.

The role requires UK right to work, DBS willingness, and experience managing facilities or service delivery environments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing soft services within a facilities management or service delivery environment.
• Proven ability to supervise operational teams and coordinate service delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor performance across cleaning, porterage, reception, helpdesk, and accommodation services to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate in-house teams, manage staffing levels, and support recruitment processes including interviews and onboarding.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients in the Facilities Manager’s absence, ensuring professional and proactive communication.
• Support contract compliance through documentation, audits, and reporting to senior management.
• Manage helpdesk operations, analyse service data, and produce reports to support continuous improvement.
