Qualifications

• Fully qualified and experienced electrician with a strong background in commercial maintenance.
• Proven experience working in maintenance roles within commercial environments.
• A full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance.
• Conduct fault-finding and repairs on electrical systems.
• Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and Wiring Regulations.
