Qualifications

• Fully qualified as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience in a Main Dealership environment or similar.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing various vehicles.
• Travelling to customer locations for calibration and diagnostic work.
• Performing diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Mobile Diagnostic Vehicle Technician / Mechanic within a reputable family‑run business, located in Bury St Edmunds.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Mobile Diagnostic Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties

• Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• Travelling to customer locations around Bury St Edmunds, and surrounding areas, to perform calibration and diagnostic work.
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults, using specialised tools.
• Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Requirements

• A Fully Qualified Diagnostic Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Prior working experience within a Main Dealership environment, or similar setting.
• A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
• Dedicated and committed approach.

The salary of this role is up to £40,000 basic.
