Contract: Permanent Type: Part Time Hours: 25 hours per week Pay: £13.45 per hour Location: Boots, 197-199 High Street 12-15 North Street, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England, GL50 1DB

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning; ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
• Deal with issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
