McCarthy & Stone is seeking Mobile Care Assistants to support older homeowners across Huddersfield and surrounding areas. A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are essential as travel between developments is required.

The role offers an hourly rate of £14.50, with additional earnings for evenings and weekends, plus a probation bonus of £300. You will perform personal care and domestic services, working with the Field Care Supervisor and House Managers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a care environment preferred, full training provided.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent desirable.
• Valid full UK driving licence and access to own car; willingness to travel between developments.

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication assistance.
• Maintain high standards in communal areas, and assist with domestic tasks.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements, and appointments to enhance wellbeing.
