McCarthy Stone Ltd is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to support homeowners across Killingworth & Surrounding Areas. The role covers personal care, domestic tasks, companionship and wellbeing activities, with travel between developments.

You will work on a rota including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends, with travel expenses covered and a £300 probation bonus. A UK driving license and own car are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health and Social Care preferred, training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management are essential.
• You must have a driving license and access to a car, willing to travel between developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas and provide domestic support within developments.
• Assist with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments.
• Travel between developments as part of mobile role.
