Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team and enhance the quality of life for homeowners in our developments. The role combines personal care, domestic tasks, and social support, with travel between sites required.

We offer a £300 probation bonus, mileage paid at 43p per mile, and a competitive hourly rate of £14.50 with enhancements for evenings and weekends. A driving licence and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
• A valid UK driving license is required to travel between developments.
• Willingness to travel between McCarthy Stone developments and work on a rota including some weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and domestic support to homeowners.
• Keep communal areas clean and welcoming within developments.
