Job summary

McCarthy Stone Ltd is hiring a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team. This role covers personal care, domestic tasks and social support across our developments. A valid UK driving license and own vehicle are essential as travel between sites is required.

The position offers £14.50 per hour, with an extra 0.30 per hour for evenings and 1.30 for weekend hours, plus a probation bonus of £300. 25 hours per week. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Dual role combining Personal Care and Domestic Services.
• Willingness to travel between developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, personal hygiene and medication support.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and assist with shopping and household tasks.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and appointments for homeowners.
