Equans is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to cover Newcastle and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will manage planned and reactive tasks across schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings, delivering reliable BMS performance.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMSK.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance on BMS systems across sites.
• Respond to reactive calls on a rota with on-call benefits.
• Produce reports and cost estimates for system enhancements.
