Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Mobile BMS Service Engineer to join our Digital business, covering Peterborough and the surrounding areas on a full-time basis.

As part of the Digital team, you will contribute to smart-enabled building projects, with opportunities for growth into management, estimating, and business development. You will manage maintenance and reactive tasks across schools, hospitals, offices, and government buildings.

Qualifications

City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
Knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara.
Knowledge & experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
Full UK Driving Licence.
BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components across sites.
Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns and participating in a reactive call-out rota with additional on-call benefits.
Continuous Improvement: Work with colleagues to improve system performance and energy efficiency, including reports and cost estimates for enhancements.
