Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital team, covering Manchester and surrounding areas. In this role you’ll manage planned and reactive maintenance of Building Management Systems across sites including schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns via a reactive call-out rota with on-call benefits, and contribute to continuous improvement with accurate reports and cost estimates for

Qualifications

• Relevant electrical/BEMS qualification and experience.
• HVAC and mechanical systems experience in commercial environments.
• UK driving license and BPSS vetting.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance on BMS across multiple sites.
• Respond to reactive calls and participate in on-call rota with benefits.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve system performance and energy efficiency, producing clear reports and cost estimates.
