Job summary

Equans is seeking a Mobile BMS Service Engineer to join our Digital team, covering Newcastle and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will perform preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs across Schools, Hospitals, Offices, and Government Buildings, with on-call benefits.

Qualifications

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Experience with one or more of: Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens, Niagara.
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems across sites.
• Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns; part of reactive call-out rota with on-call benefits.
• Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports and clear cost estimates & quotes for improvements.
