Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to support a diverse portfolio across Middlesbrough and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You’ll manage planned and reactive BMS maintenance, site visits, and fault resolution to keep buildings energy efficient.

You’ll work with leading BMS platforms, collaborate with regional teams, and have opportunities to progress into management, project estimation and business development as part of Equans' growth plan.

Formación

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence and BPSS vetting.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned maintenance checks on BMS systems across multiple sites.
• Respond to reactive calls and participate in a call-out rota with on-call benefits.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve system performance and energy efficiency, including cost estimates and quotes.
