Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital team, servicing Liverpool and surrounding areas. You’ll manage preventative maintenance and reactive calls on Building Management Systems across schools, offices and government facilities.

You will work with a team to improve energy efficiency, prepare reports, and build cost estimates for system enhancements, with opportunities to develop into leadership, project management and business development roles.

Qualifications

• HVAC and building management systems experience in commercial environments.
• Qualifications in electrical or BEMS required (City & Guild/BTEC/NVQ).
• Full UK Driving Licence and BPSS vetting are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance on BMS across multiple sites.
• Respond to reactive calls as part of a rota with on-call benefits.
• Provide clear cost estimates and quotes for system enhancements.
