Zusammenfassung

Equans is seeking a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering parts of Liverpool and the surrounding areas on a full time basis. You’ll manage a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across diverse sites including schools, hospitals, offices and government buildings.

Working with our experienced team, you’ll help improve system performance and energy efficiency, building clear reports and cost estimates for enhancements while benefiting from on-call allowances

Qualifikationen

• City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
• Knowledge and experience of Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens or Niagara.
• Knowledge & experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
• Full UK Driving License.
• BPSS vetting.

Aufgaben

• Preventative Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components across sites.
• Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns with participation in on-call rota with additional financial benefits.
• Continuous Improvement: Work with engineers to improve system performance and energy efficiency, with reports and cost estimates for enhancements.
