Job summary

Equans is looking for a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital team, covering Manchester and surrounding areas on a full-time basis. You will manage maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and help improve energy efficiency across diverse sites, with on-call benefits and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of BMS systems and HVAC in commercial environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence and BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive BMS tasks across sites.
• Support on-call rota with additional on-call benefits.
• Produce clear cost estimates and improvement recommendations.
