Job summary

TipTopJob in Reading is seeking an experienced Mobile A/C Engineer to join our established team, maintaining a portfolio of commercial properties. The role covers PPMs, breakdowns and servicing on VRV/VRFs, split/multi-split systems, chillers and Air Handling Units.

You will hold NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent), F-Gas qualification, and 17th Edition. The package includes a competitive salary up to £42k, a van with fuel card, 33 days holiday, overtime options and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or higher in air conditioning and refrigeration.
• F Gas 2079/2089 qualification is required.
• Proven commercial experience in building services/FM.
• 17th Edition is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of commercial properties with planned and reactive maintenance.
• Carry out PPMs, breakdowns and servicing on VRV/VRFs, splits, chillers and AHUs.
• Provide proactive fault finding and repairs to ensure system reliability.

This is a maintenance role covering PPMs, breakdowns, and servicing on diverse commercial systems including VRV/VRFs, split/multi:split systems, chillers, and Air Handling Units.

• Proven commercial experience in Building Services/FM.


• 17th Edition is highly desired.
