Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Mobile AC Engineer to cover the Surrey area for a data centre contract. You will service and maintain split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs and other HVAC equipment on a commercial site, working Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 with a company van provided.

The role requires F-Gas and City & Guilds Level 2, with electrical knowledge an advantage. You will join a facilities maintenance provider offering a competitive salary up to £44,000 plus package, 25 days holiday and extra

• AC qualified – City & Guilds Level 2
• F-Gas qualification (Essential)
• Electrical Knowledge (Preferred)
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Multi-skilled
• Good communication skills
• Client facing

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an air conditioning engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Compressor changes
• Braising
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
