Randstad CPE is recruiting a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to service a commercial portfolio across TW, KT and SW London postcodes. You will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on diverse HVAC systems and ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations.
Applicants should hold NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, a valid Category 1 F-Gas certificate, a full UK driving licence, and live within or near the TW/KT/SW areas. The role includes overtime and benefits.
Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Covering TW, KT & SW Postcodes
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Standard Day Shifts)
Salary: £46,000 per annum + Overtime & Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent (Multiple Roles Available)
We are seeking experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineers to join our building services team across a dedicated commercial portfolio in the TW, KT, and SW London postcode areas. In this role, you will deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and client compliance.
Carry out routine PPM work and reactive emergency repairs across commercial sites.
Diagnose, fault-find, and service systems including split units, multi-splits, VRVs, VRFs, and chillers.
Maintain accurate service records and job sheets using digital reporting software.
Ensure full compliance with F-Gas regulations and site health and safety standards.
Participate in a reasonable call-out rota (if applicable) and utilize available overtime.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent standard).
Certification: Valid Category 1 F-Gas certification (City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent).
Experience: Proven track record working as a mobile engineer within commercial environments.
Licence: Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
Location: Residing within or close to the TW, KT, or SW postcode regions.
