Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is hiring a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover London and the M25 on commercial and high-end residential sites. Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00, with a company van and fuel card. You will service and maintain split systems, VRV/VRF, AHU/FCU, and refrigeration plant across London sites.

Requirements include NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (minimum) and F-Gas 2079 Cat 1 (essential); NVQ Level 3 preferred. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (minimum).
• NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (desirable).
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 is essential.
• Good air conditioning maintenance knowledge and commercial experience.
• Building services knowledge; electrical qualifications are a bonus.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Service and maintenance on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHU/FCU, chillers.
• Electrical knowledge is beneficial and building services aware.

Job description

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - London & M25 - £47,000

An Exciting role to join a growing maintenance provider who is looking to expand their operation due to the acquisition of a contract and bring in a specialised Commercial Air Conditioning engineer to supply this service to the existing portfolio of clients in London. All of the sites are based in London & M25.

You will be joining their current mobile maintenance team and covering London and the M25 on a range of commercial and high-end residential contracts. You will be responsible for all commercial Air conditioning maintenance and general building services and will be working Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
• NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
• Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
• Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
• Extensive experience working within a commercial environments
• Building services knowledge with ideally electrical qualifications but not essential.
• Full Drivers Licence
