Luminate is seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager to lead the transition and integration of GTES and CAVS capabilities into a major Army training programme in the UK. You will own integrated plans, schedules and strategies, coordinating multiple workstreams from mobilisation through IOC and FOC to ensure safe, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will collaborate with Army stakeholders, engineering teams and partners, managing RAIDO, risk, governance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Strong project delivery, organisational and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using recognised project management methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of technical Stage Gates.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, delivery, support, commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to delivery in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop integrated CAVS and GTES transition plans, schedules and deliverables aligned with Army milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, logistics, training, commercial and operational workstreams.
• Manage project performance and implement recovery actions where required.
• Manage risks, RAIDO items, dependencies and opportunities with mitigation and escalation.
• Oversee budgets, expenditures and forecasts for transition activities.
• Lead project meetings, reviews and governance updates and produce dashboards.
