Job summary

Version 1 in Belfast is seeking a highly skilled Service Transition Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of projects and transition initiatives across business, operations and tech teams. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks and stakeholder engagement from initiation through handover into support, ensuring service readiness and successful go-live.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within technology or managed services, strong governance and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering projects across IT services or managed services.
• Strong project management expertise including planning, governance, budgeting and governance.
• Experience delivering projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Knowledge of service transition, operational readiness and service introduction principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of projects and transition initiatives within budget, timescales and quality expectations.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules and success criteria with customers.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance docs and stakeholder communications.
• Manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies and decisions across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Drive governance and compliance with delivery methodologies and standards.
