Job summary

Rheinmetall AG in the UK seeks a Transition Project Manager to lead the move of TES and CAVS into enhanced ACTS-powered capabilities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, trials, testing, and training, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within budget across the Army’s ACTS environment.

The role requires experience in complex systems through transition, handover, and in-service phases, with a proactive, mission-focused mindset and strong communication with Army stakeholders and OEMs.

Qualifications

• Formal project leadership experience in defence or regulated sectors.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-workstream delivery across stakeholders.
• Experience with transition/in-service phases and handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated CAVS and GTES plans, schedules and transition strategies.
• Coordinate IOC/FOC delivery and monitor performance with recovery actions.
• Lead risk, budget, resources and supplier performance across teams.
