Job summary

MBDA Missile Systems in Stevenage offers a 10-week Integration & Missile Validation placement for 2027. You will support trials and testing activities across software and hardware subsystems, contributing to verification and validation for missile programmes in real-world settings.

Current undergraduates in Engineering, Physics, Maths, Technology, Computing or General Science with collaborative mindsets are invited.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate working towards a relevant degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Technology, Computing or General Science.
• Willingness to work on-site and engage in hands-on lab and field testing.
• Interest in missile systems and verification/validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support trials and testing activities to provide verification and validation evidence.
• Assist planning, lab testing, offsite trials, data analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to ground, flight and functional integration activities.
• Assist with test equipment design, development and use.
• Collaborate with teams to learn how to prove capabilities.
