Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking Integration & Missile Validation Engineer graduates for the 2027 programme. You will contribute to trials and testing to prove weapon system performance, working on software, hardware and full missile systems across the development lifecycle.

The scheme offers structured development, access to real-world testing, and progression opportunities. Expect on-site work, BPSS checks, and a competitive package including a joining bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematical Sciences, Technology, Computing or General Science with a minimum 2:2.

Responsibilities

• Lead real-world test and integration across the product development lifecycle.
• Plan, execute and report trials spanning software, hardware and missile systems.
• Coordinate ground, flight and functional integration activities with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support proof and validation activities to demonstrate system capability to customers.
