Job summary

MBDA offers an Integration & Missile Validation Engineer Undergraduate Programme for 2027 intake in Stevenage. This placement lets you apply university learning to real-world missile validation projects, including ground and flight testing, with potential progression to a graduate role.

Starting September 2027, you’ll work on a 1-year placement on-site, with company benefits, a performance bonus, and a strong focus on hands-on lab work and data analysis. Applications close 4 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate working towards a STEM degree (Engineering, Physics, Math Sciences, Technology, Computing or General Science).
• Interest in integration, validation and test activities across missile systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ground and flight trials to validate missile components and subsystems.
• Support functional integration of hardware and software in test rigs.
• Contribute to data processing, analysis and technical reporting from proving activities.
• Participate in designing test strategies and learning to handle test equipment.
