Lloyds Bank is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to support a growth portfolio in the Mid-Market segment across Bristol and South East England. You will collaborate with a Relationship Director to deliver tailored banking solutions, help manage risk, and deepen client engagement in a fast-paced environment.

With 2+ years in customer-facing financial services, you’ll drive new-business origination, attend meetings, and support onboarding, credit reviews and facility changes while

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role within financial services.
• Confidence in building and maintaining relationships.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive, organised and passionate about delivering great client outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Awareness of risk and how to manage it effectively.
• Proficient in using CRW, PEGA and Co-Pilot.
• Experience in Business & Commercial Banking.

• Attend client meetings (virtual or in person) and prepare agendas.
• Support lending journeys and identify opportunities for product solutions.
• Assist with credit reviews, facility changes and onboarding.
• Manage diary and inbox; contribute to process improvements.
