Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Southampton/Andover is hiring an Associate Relationship Manager within the Mid-Market team. You will support a Relationship Director to deliver tailored banking solutions to clients with turnover between £50m and £500m, focusing on new business origination and multi-product relationships.

The role involves client engagement, credit proposals, onboarding, risk management, and collaboration with product partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role within Corporate or Commercial banking.
• Experience supporting lending and credit activity, including analysing financial information and contributing to credit proposals or reviews.
• Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: attend meetings, prepare agendas, briefings, and follow-ups.
• Portfolio Management & Growth: support lending, identify high-value clients and opportunities for product solutions.
• Risk & Compliance: understand financial accounts to support credit proposals and monitor risk.
• Credit & Onboarding: assist with credit reviews, facility changes and onboarding including proposals.
• Organisation & Efficiency: manage diary and inbox, prioritise tasks and improve processes.
• Collaboration & Insight: work with internal teams and product partners to tailor solutions.
