Job summary

Lloyd’s is seeking a Relationship Management Associate to join our Client Gateway team within Member Services in the UK. You’ll work closely with investment managers, Members' Agents and capital providers to understand client needs and deliver accurate support at pace.

You’ll coordinate responses with internal specialists, maintain service levels and help share insights to improve the client journey across Lloyd’s marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with investment managers, Members' Agents, capital providers and advisers.
• Understand client needs and provide clear, timely and accurate support.
• Manage queries from start to finish, involving specialist teams when needed.
• Track responses against agreed service levels and raise potential issues early.
• Develop knowledge to support more complex activity including member transactions.
• Help clients understand Member Services products and contribute to external guidance.
