Job summary

Radius Limited in Crewe is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to prospect existing Radius customers and win new business with a focus on cross-selling Telematics solutions. The role is based onsite in Crewe and reports to the Sales Team Manager, with a fast-paced environment and clear targets.

You will develop strong product knowledge, demonstrate features, and use CRM tools to track activities while building relationships with customers. A commission structure and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a prospecting or outbound sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to Group Customers via phone, email and other channels to introduce Radius Telematics and initiate cross-sell conversations.
• Explain features and benefits of products and arrange online demonstrations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and track progress using CRM software.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
• Meet or exceed monthly prospecting targets.
