Job summary

Radius is seeking an Account Manager in Crewe to build and grow relationships with existing customers. You will act as the primary contact, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth while supporting revenue retention goals.

You will maintain CRM records, tailor engagement methods, and contribute to a strategic account plan to drive profitability. A consultative, solution-led approach and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a customer service, sales or account management environment.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and planning
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts. Acting as the main contact for customer enquiries, issues, and escalations
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
• Identifying and adapting communication and engagement methods to fit the needs of your customers
• Developing and driving the account management strategic plan demonstrating customer growth and profitability
• Provide expert guidance and support to customers on Fuel needs and EV adoption, charging solutions, fuel types, and energy efficiency options
• Promote a consultative, solution-led approach by positioning the business as a complete solution rather than a single-service provider
• Recognising and developing customer loyalty by introducing the product suite Radius has to offer
• Working as part of a wider team to support the company’s strategic plans and objectives
