Ashby is seeking a Customer Success professional to help grow the High Touch Mid-Market function in the EMEA region. You will implement, train, and support the adoption of Ashby with customers, partnering with a team of four CSMs on the Mid-Market team.

Bring 2+ years of B2B SaaS customer success experience, a knack for training and product adoption, and a track record of managing 60+ mid-market customers with strong ARR.

Qualifikationen

• Strong track record in customer success within B2B SaaS (2+ years).
• Experience managing four to eight week implementations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product and process improvements.

• Implement, train, and support adoption of Ashby with customers across the region.
• Manage end-to-end mid-market implementations and drive adoption.
• Proactively steward renewals and expand customer value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure customer success.
